The exhibition Pebble Beach subdivision GM, Cadillac, presented its new concept called Ciel, which in French means "sky". Body length 4-door convertible is 5174 mm and wheelbase of 3175 mm, providing more space for passengers.
Ciel was designed by Design Centre in GM North Hollywood under the guidance of designer exterior Niki Smart (Niki Smart) and Bazin Gael (Gael Buzyn), responsible for the car interior.
Four-wheel drive concept uses a 3.6-liter V6 with direct injection and twin-turbo motor plus powered by a lithium-ion batteries. Performance of the combined system is 425 hp and 583 lb.-ft. of torque, making it not only handsome, Ciel, and endurance stallion.
When asked about the possibility of starting mass production in Ciel Clay Dean (Clay Dean), Head of International Department Design Cadillac, said: "We would not do the premiere of the car, if it had no plans for the future." Moreover Dean reported that a completely new architecture Ciel will be used on other models of brand Cadillac.
