The ninth-generation Chevrolet Impala car appeared in 2006, and ever since the car did not undergo any change. But better late than never, and, Chevrolet proves this statement that starts the test trials of new generation Impala.
Compared with the current model, the new Impala will be much sportier, borrowing some design elements from Camaro - especially the front part and grille. The interior also gets a significant improvement: aluminum accents and a large screen navigation system.
Future Impala will be assembled on the platform Epsilon 2 and offers excellent choice of engines, including a six-cylinder 3.6-liter four-cylinder turbo and a two-liter. An electric version may see the light a bit later.
