Europe, preoccupied with problems of environmental pollution and fuel economy, met with great enthusiasm the new city-car, especially if they are less harmful.
Premiere of the updated hatchback Citroen C1 Auto Show will be held in Brussels, which will be held from 12 to 22 January 2012. Updated Frenchman is a harbinger of the emergence of a new generation car, which will appear a year later. Now, designers have slightly refreshed front part with a new front bumper, made in the style of models, DS3 and C4 Aircross, LED daytime running lights, a shorter bonnet and new 14-inch alloy wheels.
But the design, which is quite natural for such machines is not important. Citroen engineers worked on the 3-cylinder 1.0-liter gasoline engine. Thanks to the new dress set paired with a manual transmission, allocates only 99 grams of CO2 per kilometer, while consuming 4.3 liters of fuel per 100 kilometers. In this case, a 67-horsepower engine can be paired with semi-automatic gearbox with paddle shift key stages. In alliance with the transmission, called Electronic Gearbox System, engine allocates only 104 grams of CO2 per kilometer and consumes less than 4.5 liters of gasoline over the combined cycle.
The base of the car now boasts Bluetooth-and USB-protocol entrance, which is integrated into the standard audio system. Home sales renewed Citroen C1 is scheduled for April this year. Cost remains a mystery.
