The known Japanese motor-car manufacturer has started a batch production of electromobiles of Nissan Leaf at the basic factory in the city of Oppama. According to the official press release, the first "live" electric hatchbacks will appear in salons of official dealers of the USA and Japan in December of current year. And in the first months of next year start deliveries of a novelty to the European market, in particular to dealers of Great Britain, Portugal and the Netherlands. The electric hatchback of a golf class will gather together with other models of the company of Nissan - new compact crossover Juke and family микровэном Cube. On that site of the factory conveyor where usual models receive a fuel tank, on Nissan Leaf establish blocks lithium-ionic of storage batteries. Besides the electric power is generated at braking in the course of Nissan Leaf movement (system рекуперации). The main competitor of electric models of concern of Renailt-Nissan - the American electrohatchback of Chevrolet Volt, will be already started in a batch production in the middle of November of current year. However, unlike Nissan Leaf and Renault Zoe, the American analog represents recharged hybrid model - besides the storage battery and the electromotor it is completed with a petrol internal combustion engine which rotates the generator for a battery charging. Chevrolet Volt electromobile moves exclusively on electric drafts on speeds to 160 km/h, the petrol power unit gets into gear only at completely sat down accumulator.
