As a response to Volkswagen Alfa Romeo (at least theoretically), Seat is not quite cope with this task. Take the case of Seat Ibiza Sports Tourer (ST). The compact sedan is offered in Germany with three engines: a 3-cylinder, 1.2 liter capacity of 70 hp, 1,4 L capacity of 85 hp and 105-strong 1,2 TSI. There are also three diesel engines: 1,2 TDI (75 PS), 1,6 TDI (90 hp) and 1,6 TDI (105 hp). But the Germans were in no hurry, and hinted that soon cars will be equipped with the Seat powerful engines currently available in the Group. Better late than never: Seat prepares for FR version of the Ibiza ST with the same turbocharged 1.4-liter gasoline engine (150 hp), which is equipped with a hatchback. Uncovered on the prototype, captured by photographers news portal Carscoop, clearly visible logo FR, as well as large light-alloy wheels shod in low-profile tires, and the bifurcated exhaust pipes. There's a good chance that the Seat can also provide even more aggressive version under shildikom Bocanegra, on the creation of which was the inspiration Taken from last year's prototype, shown at the festival Wörthersee GT. Ibiza ST FR will be shown at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September this year.
